Owner, John Goodin, performs all inspections and is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to inspect both single and multi-family structures, condominiums, town homes and manufactured homes. He is also certified by the International Code Council, the organization that develops building codes, as a Residential Building Inspector.
Home Scientific Property Inspection carries the required errors and omissions insurance, as well as, a one million dollar general liability policy to provide an extra level of protection.
When not spending time with his two daughters, working on a never-ending honey-do list or building furniture John can be found crawling around attics and looking under sinks.
